Vectis Financial Services offer a free initial consultation without any obligation to proceed. Should you decide to proceed an initial fee of £125 will be payable. On completion of the advance a fee of 0.35% of the loan required will be payable, subject to a minimum of £225. For example on a mortgage of £100,000 this would be £350. If Vectis Financial Services also receive commission from the lender this will be fully accounted for and used either to offset against the final fee or refunded to you.
